• Two sets Japan made servo motors and servo drives control bags' lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bags' lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• Two sets German made photocells SICK for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

• Automatic lift up film rolls unwinders with air shafts, reducing the number of employees.

• Automatic tension control of unwinding film roll

• Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of hot cutting knives.

• In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags' handles.

• Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
