CWAA+P is a high speed single layer servo driven T shirt bag making machine for production of maximum 250 T-shirt bags/min by 2 lines printed or non-printed bags, with an integrated in-line automatic punching unit.

Machine Features:

• Two sets Japan made YASKAWA servo motors and servo drives control bags' lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bags' lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• Two sets German made SICK photocells for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

• Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films.

• Hot pins for stacking of bags.

• In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags' handles.

• Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
