Automatic High Speed 3 Rolls Sealing & Cutting Machine
CWA1+3 is for 3 lines non-printed or 1 line printed bottom sealed bags or top and bottom sealed bags at maximum speed 375 pcs/min.
Machine Features:

One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films.

Hot pins for stacking of bags.

Automatic conveyor device for stacking of finished bags.

Machine stops automatically when:

Bags jammed.

Film is finished or broken.

Temperature below the setting.

Print is not at correct position.
