Automatic High Speed Double Layers 8 Rolls Sealing & Cutting Machine


CWA2+8 is for non-printed bottom sealed bags or top and bottom sealed bags at maximum speed 1,000 pcs/min.

Machine Features:

  • One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

  • Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

  • Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films, can be combined together to act as single section rollers for large film.

  • Hot pins for stacking of bags.

  • Automatic conveyor device for stacking of finished bags.

  • Machine stops automatically when:

    1. Bags jammed.

    2. Film is finished or broken.

    3. Temperature below the setting.
