Automatic High Speed Sealing & Cutting Machine with Tensionless Bottom Sealing Knife Device


CWA1+F is for 2 lines non-printed or 1 line printed thin or thick bottom sealed bags or top and bottom sealed bags at maximum speed 250 pcs/min.

Machine Features:

  • One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

  • Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

  • One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

  • Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films, can be combined together to act as single section rollers for large film.

  • Tensionless sealing knife for production of thick bottom sealed HDPE or LDPE bags.

  • Hot pins for stacking of bags.

  • Automatic conveyor device for stacking of finished bags.

  • Machine stops automatically when:

    1. Bags jammed.

    2. Film is finished or broken.

    3. Temperature below the setting.

    4. Print is not at correct position.


OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

  • Hole punching device (Ø 5 to 20 mm air hole).

  • Handle punching device (Kidney shape, banana shape or customized handle).
