Machine Features:

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Dancing rollers with automatic tension control by powder brake for stable and perfect back feeding.

• One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Servo controlled flying knife system for fast and stable cutting quality with easy replacement of blades.

• Impulse wire down sealing for thick bags.

• Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

• Servo controlled feeding belts system for precise position of loop handle sealing and water cooling pressing bars to make seals flat.

• Automatic conveyor device for collecting finished bags.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
