Automatic Heavy Duty Bag Sealing & Cutting Machine with Tensionless Bottom Sealing Knife Device


CWA+F for 1 line non-printed thin or thick bottom sealed bags at maximum speed 125 pcs /min.

Machine Features:

  • One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

  • Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

  • Tensionless sealing knife for production of thick bottom sealed HDPE or LDPE bags.

  • Operation table for stacking and collection of finished bags

  • Machine stops automatically when:

    1. Bags jammed.

    2. Film is finished or broken.

    3. Temperature below the setting.


OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

  • One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

  • Hole punching device (Ø 5 to 20 mm air hole).

  • Handle punching device (Kidney shape, banana shape or customized handle).
