Fully Automatic Super High Speed 3 Lines Calendar Bag Making Machine with Hot Slitting Device

CW-C3 is a fully automatic super high speed servo driven machine for production of maximum 600 printed or non-printed calendar bags/min by 3 lines from jumbo film roll with hot slitting devices, unwinding unit including automatic lift up, tension control, air shaft, E.P.C, block stacking of bags by wire sealing and integrated in-line automatic punching unit.

Machine Features:

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• One set German made SICK photocell for accurate printed bags.

• E.P.C (Edge Position Control) to keep the film at correct position

• Hot slitting devices, special for calendar bags.

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Automatic tension control with Japan made YASKAWA inverter for unwinding of jumbo film roll.

• Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of cutting knife.

• In-line automatic punching unit uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for precise line perforation, holes for hanging and die cutting punched handles for calendar bags.

• Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
