Fully Automatic Perforated Coreless Bags on Roll Machine with Double Rewiding Shafts
CWAP+CS is for perforated coreless flat bags, gusseted bags, C or E folded garbage bags, table covers and star sealed bags on rolls at maximum speed 125 pcs/min.
Machine Features:

One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

Up and down heated sealing device for star sealed bags.

Folding of the bags can be C, E and star sealed type.

Servo driven rewinding shafts for fast changing rolls speed and precise position.

Machine stops automatically when:

Bags jammed.

Film is finished or broken.
