CW-TR is for perforated coreless bottom sealed flat bags, gusseted bags or table covers on roll at maximum line speed 100 meter/min.

Machine Features:

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Automatic tension control with Japan made YASKAWA inverter for unwinding of film roll.

• One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

• Up and down heated sealing device.

• Two triangle folders after flat bottom sealing for making finished roll with small width.

• Servo driven rewinding shafts for fast changing rolls speed and precise position.

• Folding types can be C, E, Z or Center.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
