CWAP+P is for T-shirt bags on roll with core by changing finished rolls manually at maximum speed 125 pcs/min.

Machine Features:

  • One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

  • Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

  • One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

  • T-shirt bag heated punching die cutter is by servo motor controlled, according to customer’s design and size.

  • Taiwan made AC motor with Japan made YASKAWA inverter for rewinding shaft.

  • Machine stops automatically when:

    1. Bags jammed.

    2. Film is finished or broken.

    3. Temperature below the setting.

    4. Print is not at correct position.
