Fully Automatic Side Sealing Chicken Bag Making Machine

CWSS+C+SY-500 is a fully automatic high speed servo driven machine for the production of side sealed round bottom chicken bags. It is equipped with a special heat sealing and cutting V mould for the round bottom shape including an automatic air blowing and vacuum suction for the collection of the cut scrap. The unwinding unit has pneumatic lift up film roll device, powder brake for stable tension of unwinding film roll, triangle folding device and E.P.C for guidance of the plastic film.

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• One set Japan made servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• One set German made photocell SICK for 1 line accurate printed bags.

• Automatic tension control of unwinding film roll by powder brake system.

• Automatic tension control of plastic film on main machine by dancing rollers.

• Out feeding of finished side sealed bags by up and down air blowing system.

• Air hole punching device (Ø 5 to 20 mm).
