Fully Automatic Side Sealing Loop Handle, Draw Tape, Die Cut & Patch Handle Bag Making Machine

CW-PFM is a fully automatic servo driven side sealing bag making machine for the production of 4 different models of PE side sealed bags with handles, such as loop handle bag, draw tape bag, D punched handle bag and patch handle bag. Loop handle and D punched handle bags can be with or without top folds and all the different models of bags can be with or without bottom gusset.
Machine is equipped with automatic lift up film roll unwinder making change of rolls an easy job. Furthermore, automatic tension control and E.P.C are standard for smooth and correct path of the web.

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• Japan made servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• One set German made photocell SICK for 1 line accurate printed bags.

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft.

• Automatic tension control of unwinding film roll by powder brake system.

• E.P.C (Edge Position Control) guiding device.

• Automatic tension control of plastic film on main machine by dancing rollers.

• Independent reinforce sealing devices for the top folds and bottom gusset.

• Out feeding of finished side sealed bags by up and down air blowing system.

• Automatic stacker with conveyor for finished side sealed bags.
