Fully Automatic Side Sealing Zipper Bag Making Machine


CW-Z is a fully automatic servo driven machine for the production of side sealed bag with ultrasonic pre-heated post-sealed zipper profile on PE, PP and multi layers film.

Machine Features:

  • Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

  • Japan made servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

  • Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

  • One set German made photocell SICK for 1 line accurate printed bags.

  • Zipper profile is post-sealed on PE, PP and multi layers film.

  • Ultrasonic device ensures pre-heating quality for zipper profile.

  • Automatic tension control of plastic film on main machine by dancing rollers.

  • Out feeding of finished side sealed bags by up and down air blowing system.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT :

  • Automatic lift up film roll device.

  • In-line triangle folding device.

  • E.P.C (Edge Position Control) guiding device.

  • Automatic tension control of unwinding film roll by powder brake system.

  • Hole punching device (Ø 5 to 20 mm air hole, Mexican hat).

  • Handle punching device (Kidney shape, banana shape or customized handle).

  • Automatic stacking conveyor unit.
