Automatic High Speed Slant Shoulder Laundry Bag Making Machine


CWA+S is for 1 line bottom sealed bags or slant sealed laundry bags at maximum speed 125 pcs/min.

Machine Features:

  • One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

  • Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

  • One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

  • Customized slant sealing knife for laundry bags.

  • Operation table for stacking and collection of finished bags.

  • Machine stops automatically when:

    1. Bags jammed.

    2. Film is finished or broken.

    3. Temperature below the setting.

    4. Print is not at correct position.


OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

  • Unwinder with automatic lift up film roll, air shaft, tension control with powder brake and E.P.C.
