Automatic Triangle Folding & Rewinding Machine by Servo Motor Control

CWSY is a rewinder for folding single sheet film to tubular type film roll with one side open at maximum line speed 125 meter/min.
After folding, it is strongly recommended to leave the folded tubular type film rolls for few days before using them. If used immediately the newly folded rolls' edges will pop out after sealing and cutting because they are not stable yet, especially for side sealed bags.

Machine Features:

• Suitable for CPP, OPP, BOPP, HDPE and LDPE film folding.

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• Automatic lift up single sheet film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Dancing rollers with automatic tension control by AC motor and inverter for stable folded edge and perfect rewinding.

• German made E.P.C (Edge Position Control) to make the rewinded roll’s edge stable.

• Machine auto stops when film is broken or finished.

• Triangle folding device.

• Gusset inserting device at close side of folded film.

• Digital meter counter with preset and controlled by meter counting roller device.

• Stable rewinding speed by dancing rollers and servo motor control.

• Air cylinders for up and down of lay-on aluminum roller at rewinder.

• Air cylinder for up and down of rewinder’s arm to unload finished folded rolls.

• Air shaft makes change of finished folded rolls an easy task.
