Automatic Triangle Unfolding & Rewinding Machine by Servo Motor Control
CW-UT is a rewinder to unfold tubular film roll to large single sheet film roll by triangle device at maximum line speed 80 meter/min. These large plastic single sheet films are suitable for use in agricultural, construction fields and furniture protective cover.

Suitable for unfolding of HDPE and LDPE tubular film rolls to single sheet rolls.

Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

Automatic lift up tubular film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

Dancing rollers with auto tension control motor at unwinder for smooth unfolding at triangle device.

German made E.P.C (Edge Position Control) to ensure rewinded rolls are straight.

Machine auto stops when film is broken or finished.

Banana rollers to make rewinded rolls with less folds and creases.

Digital meter counter with preset and controlled by meter counting roller device.
