CW-HG2+ATP is a state-of-the-art fully automatic super high speed servo driven machine for production of maximum 500 printed or non-printed T-shirt bags/min by 2 lines from jumbo film roll with hot slitting and side gusseting devices, unwinding unit including automatic lift up, tension control, air shaft, E.P.C and integrated in-line automatic punching and packing units to reduce labor costs and also solve the problem of manpower shortage.

- Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of hot cutting knives.
- In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags' handles.
- Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.
- Machine stops automatically when: 1. Bags jammed. 2. Film is finished or broken. 3. Temperature below the setting. 4. Print is not at correct position.
