CWA2+6+P-SV is a double layers 6 rolls servo driven machine for high output production of 600 to 750 non-printed T-shirt bags/min with an integrated in-line automatic punching unit.
Main features of the machine are as follows:
- Japan made servo motor and servo driver control bag length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.
- Bag length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.
- Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films.
- Hot pins for stacking of bags.
- In-line automatic punching unit uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and powerful punching of bags' handles.
- Machine stops automatically when:
1. Bags jammed.
2. Film is finished or broken.
3. Temperature below the setting.
