CW-PDR is for perforated coreless side sealed draw tape bags on roll at maximum line speed 100 meter/min.

Machine Features:

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Automatic tension control with Japan made YASKAWA inverter for film roll.

• One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• E.P.C (Edge Position Control) control and rollers device (E+L, German made).

• One set German made SICK photocell for accurate printed bags.

• Draw tape inserting device with double unwinding units of draw tape with automatic changeover of draw tape film roll.

• Continuous sealing device by using hot air for stable sealing line under high speed

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

• Servo driven shuttle type sealing and perforating knife unit.

• Two triangle folders after sealing for making finished roll with small width.

• Servo driven rewinding shafts for fast changing rolls speed and precise position.

• Folding types can be C, E, Z or Center.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
