High Speed Side Sealing Bag Making Machine<BR>Model:CWSS

CWSS is a servo driven side sealing bag making machine for the production of different models of PE and PP side sealed bags with or without gusset, with internal or external pillow case system and with self-adhesive or non self-adhesive flap for packaging of garment.


Main features of the machine are as follows:

  • Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

  • Japan made servo motor and servo drive control bag length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption. 

  • Bag length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

  • One set German made photocell SICK for 1 line accurate printed bags.

  • Top folding and bottom gusset devices.

  • Self adhesive tape inserting device.

  • Automatic tension control of plastic film on main machine by dancing rollers.

  • Out feeding of finished side sealed bags by up and down air blowing system.

  • Automatic lift up film roll device.

  • Air shaft.

  • Automatic tension control of unwinding film roll by powder brake system.

  • Triangle folding device.

  • E.P.C (Edge Position Control) guiding device.

  • Pearl ribbon inserting device.

  • Ultrasonic sealing device for PP, CPP, OPP bag.

  • Hole punching device (Ø 5 to 20 mm air hole, Mexican hat).

  • Handle punching device (Kidney shape, banana shape or customized handle).

  • Rotary line perforation device.

  • Center slitting device.

  • Automatic stacking conveyor unit.
