CWSS+C+SY-500-SV is a servo driven machine for the production of side sealed round bottom chicken bags. It is equipped with a special heat sealing and cutting V mould for the round bottom shape including an automatic air blowing and vacuum suction for the collection of the cut scrap. The unwinding unit has pneumatic lift up film roll device, powder brake for stable tension of unwinding film roll, triangle folding device and E.P.C for guidance of the plastic film.

• Automatic tension control of plastic film on main machine by dancing rollers.
