Machine CWSY-SV series is a widely used rewinder with triangle folding device, with maximum line speed 125 meter/min, to convert single sheet CPP, OPP, BOPP, HDPE and LDPE film rolls to double layers folded film rolls with one side open to produce side sealed bags with or without flap.

For CPP, OPP and BOPP folded films, it is strongly recommended to leave the folded rolls there for few days before using them, as if the newly folded rolls are used immediately on bag making machines, the edge will pop out after sealing and cutting since the edge is not stable yet, especially for side sealed bags.

Besides, it is also suitable for the folding and rewinding of HDPE and LDPE tubular film rolls with full gussets for production of star sealed garbage bags or without gussets and one side open for production of table covers on bags on roll or bottom sealing bag making machines.
