Plastic bag making machine CW-1200FK / CW-1400FK is suitable for the production of 2 lines printed or non printed bottom sealed bags with optional inline D punch and German made E.P.C. Machine is equipped with 2 servo motors for films feeding, 2 photocells for printing films, 1 servo motor for flying knives and impulse wire sealing for thick bags.

Suitable for the production of HDPE, LDPE and recycled polyethylene materials.
Servo controlled flying knife system for fast and stable cutting quality with easy replacement of knife.
Impulse wire sealing for thick bags.
Automatic tension motor for film roll.
Air cylinder for up and down of unwinding stand with air shaft for film roll.
Dancing rollers with automatic tension control by AC motors with Japan made inverters for stable and perfect back feeding.
German made photocell SICK for accurate printed mark.
Machine stops automatically when:

Bags are jammed.
Film is finished or broken.
Temperature is below the set value.
